Abe Issa, Founder & CEO

In 2011, following a successful career in the real estate industry, Abe Issa founded Global Efficient Energy (GEE) with a strong idea and vision for the company and the renewable energy sector. In just three short years, GEE has become a leader in residential and commercial solar energy, one of the fastest growing industries in the world.  Abe has set GEE apart from competitors by offering green solutions that enable customers to become not only energy efficient, but energy independent.

Abe is a Fort Worth Resident, and an alumnus of Texas Christian University. He is active in the TCU Neeley School of Business where he previously served as a guest speaker during the school’s prestigious Neeley Business Week. He is also active in organizations such as St. Jude’s Research Hospital, KickStart Kid’s Organization and Habitat for Humanity.  Very recently, GEE donated Energy Savings Attics, valued at over $50,000 to the Habitat for Humanity organization, to ensure a legacy of energy consciousness for those who are less fortunate.

In September of 2014, Abe Issa earned a place on INC Magazine’s coveted 35 under 35 list of the next generations most promising entrepreneurs, in terms of revenue, expansion potential, and innovation. In addition, Abe has recently been quoted in several articles including ForbesHuffington Post and NBC Chicago.

David P. Noyes, CFO

David joined the Company as Chief Financial Officer in February 2014. He is a senior management and financial executive, who has provided dynamic strategic, management and financial leadership as CEO, COO and CFO for fast growing high technology, electronic and manufacturing companies in diversified industries including Twenty-five years experience in the energy sector.  He has multi-faceted experience on a global basis (20 countries) in electronics manufacturing and the energy and services industries.

He is currently financial advisor to several green technology companies including Sun Fund Americas, a Costa Rica utility solar development company and Tech Energy Services a green technology Waste to Energy company, which he Co-Founded in 2009.

David has extensive IPO and Securities experience with strong commercial and investment banking and venture community relationships. He has a proven ability to raise capital through public and privates sources and has been CFO of five publicly traded companies, four of which he took public. His merger, acquisition and fund raising experience exceeds $550 million.

David is also Managing Director of Monarch Capital Resources, Inc. (1993) a business consulting firm. Previously, in the energy sector, he was President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of American Energy, Inc. and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of General Power Systems, Power Paragon and Scientific Drilling International.  He was a senior Manager with Ernst and Young, is a Certified Public Accountant and has BS and MBA Degrees from the University of California at Los Angeles and has served on several Boards of Directors.

Keri D. Anderson, Vice President Operations

Keri is the Vice President of Operations and joined the company in October of 2013. She joined the company as Vice President of Finance and the firm quickly realized that with her vast vision for growth and her ability to implement teamwork and automation promoted her to Director of Operations.

Keri spent over 20 years in the Mortgage Banking Industry where she was responsible for the Origination of Mortgage Loans. During her venture she managed a staff, built a client basis of realtors and builders, and kept on top of ever changing compliance guidelines. All of this making her an excellent leader, with the multi-tasking skills she uses today in guiding the Global Efficient Energy Team.

Keri is a Fort Worth resident and a proud mother of two daughters. She lives in Burleson with her husband of over 20 years and enjoys spending time with her family and beautiful granddaughter. She has a zest for life and shares that with all that come in contact with her and her Team at Global Efficient Energy.

Pamela A. Daily, VP Marketing

Pam Daily. Pamela A. Daily is one of the founders of the infomercial direct response industry, serving as Executive Vice President of Media Arts International and then National Media Corporation. Her knowledge of this industry continues to be highly sought after. For the past twenty years, Pamela has held executive consulting positions with companies such as Reliant Interactive, Verbal Advantage, Aftermarket Company, Vision Direct marketing, and many others. Previous to Daily’s direct marketing career, she held Sales and Marketing positions in the field of corporate advertising with AT&T, Gannett Corporation and NBC.

James Bird, VP Business Development

In the late summer of 2013, James became Global Efficient Energy’s Marketing Director.

James comes to us with over twenty years of marketing management experience for two“Top 50 Service Bureaus”.  He has a proven track record in analyzing existing operations and implementing the strategic organizational infrastructure and technologies to improve sales performance, increase efficiency and strengthen financial results.

James has served a client list such as MBNA, Sprint, Optima Direct, Wall Street Journal, Sears Home Improvement, AT&T, Dell, IBM, and SBC

Gary DeMel, VP Product Development

Mr. DeMel is a 29 year veteran of the semiconductor and high-tech industries, and has held several senior management positions within Intel Corp., ATI Inc., and Level One Communications, Inc. As the driving force in these growing businesses, he was reasonable for the creation and execution of the overall efforts that drove each of these companies to their worldwide leadership positions in computing, networking, telecommunications, graphics and wireless communications.

While Senior Director of Worldwide Sales and Business Development at Intel, he was credited for the creation and management of all of Intel’s strategic partnerships, the alignment with all of their key customers and later for some of the most successful investments in leading-edge start-ups in Intel’s history. Revenue growth from $680 million to $4.7 billion in new revenues in less than four years.

As the Senior Vice President at ATI Technologies, Mr. DeMel reformed and drove ATI to their leadership position in computer graphics. Responsible for driving the incredible growth of ATI from $400M to over $2B+ in revenue, which lead to the AMD acquisition of ATI for $5.4B.

Alexander von Welczeck, Senior Advisor, Business Development

Alexander von Welczeck is an innovator and entrepreneur in the CleanTech and Solar Energy industries. He is a subject matter expert for solar energy business and project development and financing. As an industry leader he works closely with trade groups, investors, as well as strategic global enterprises to accelerate the clean power revolution. He has an 25+ year successful track-record at identifying, building and managing technology-based businesses with a focus on renewable energy project development and financing.

He is a Founder of SOLAR POWER PARTNERS (“SPP”, now NRG SOLAR), and as CEO from 2007-09 his team completed Nationwide (41) top-performing Power Purchase Agreement (“PPA”) based PV systems financed via three different ITC tax equity portfolios. He concieved and originated the 2011 Concentrix (Soitec) “deal of the year” made up of 305MW of SDGE solar energy projects underpinned by a new San Diego CPV manucaturing facility.

Mr. v. Welczeck served in both domestic and international (EU) management and executive sales & marketing capacities at ThyssenKrupp, DOVER, DORMA, and Friendlyway.

He lived and worked in Europe from 1990–2001.

He is a University of San Francisco business graduate (1985), and is a member of the Construction Specification Institute (“CSI”), US Green Building Council, SolarTech.Org and The CleanTech Circle.
